Scientific Advisory Board

A network of experts from various research disciplines accompanies and supports AMBER as a scientific advisory board. On the one hand, the project team and advisory board work together on content-related aspects – for example on topics such as mobility habits or corporate mobility management. On the other hand, they work on methodological approaches – for example, the study design, the study app and data analysis. Every year there is a large online meeting as well as smaller meetings on specific issues.

Some advisory board members support the doctoral theses and postdoctoral theses that are being written in AMBER and therefore work on related topics. Overall, a wide range of mobility research disciplines are represented on the advisory board. This provides the AMBER team with valuable impetus to conduct research “outside the box”.
